The 13 in 2013 is beginning to live up to its unlucky reputation for those involved in personal injury work – and not just for the claimant community. The industry in general is walking headlong into a series of disruptive changes which seem pre-programmed to deliver a number of unintended consequences.
Proposals from the white knights at the ABI to reform the process for medical assessments have grabbed headlines but they leave the industry feeling at best ambivalent as to their benefits.
